Life Coach Lauren Lake

We caught up with the quintessential renaissance woman Lauren Lake.  The author was at a book signing of her most recent  book “Girl Let me Tell you,” after her speaking engagement for  WEEN, Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network, an organization Ms Lake co-founded.

Known most notably as the Life Coach on BET’s popular the “Frankie and Neff Show.” Lauren Lake has been on a host of other shows, featured as an interior designer, relationship expert, and Legal analyst to boot.   But these days her passion is helping to empower women through her latest Effort “Girl Let Me Tell You.”

Encouraged to write the book by Dr. Bill Cosby.   It’s about life and loves of single successful women, says Lake.      She also said that it was an amusing compilation of questions and answers that she’d compiled over the years as a relationship expert and life coach.

During our chat, Lauren offered dating advice for the newly single;  How she got in life coaching and of course she talks about  her new book.     For more information on her seminars and services as well as the new book check her out at her website.  If you know a sexy single who needs a laugh and a love life reinvention maybe Girl Let Me Tell You,  is a perfect stocking stuffer.
